2014 Pinot Fusion
Our 2014 Pinot Fusion is a proprietary blend of Pinot Noir, Merlot and Syrah. The nose opens with light suggestions of a forest floor of ferns after the first autumn rain. After which, the palate breaks into a wide display of raspberry jam, freshly cut pomegranate and a hint of cloves. Unique and fun, this warm-spirited blend livens any occasion.
Our 2014 Barrel Select Syrah is a prime example of a Southern Oregon Syrah. Full bodied, deep in color with rich aromatics. Flavors of Italian plum and hints of vanilla, apricot, and white pepper. A well rounded texture and soft tannins in the finish. A small amount of post press, Viognier skins were added for enhanced floral aromas and palate suppleness. This wine was aged in 30% new French Oak barrels for 22 months.
This wine was destemmed, crushed and cold soaked for 5 days, then inoculated into a long cool fermentation (approx. 12 days). Following primary fermentation, the wine was pressed off and aged into French oak barrels, mostly new, for 9 months, completing malolactic fermentation. This medium bodied wine exhibits ripe aromas of blackberry, raspberry, plum, vanilla, with a hint of mocha. Our merlot pairs well with hearty tomato-based pasta, roasted duck, and lightly spiced meat.

Tempranillo is originally a Spanish varietal known for its round tannins and bold flavors. We source our Tempranillo grapes from Southern Oregon, where the intense sunshine and heat ripen the fruit to perfection. Deep in color and full bodied, this wine will encompass hints of blackberry, plum, cocoa on the palate.
