Winemaker Dinner Featuring Chef Ray Carter, March 3, 7pm, Sweet Cheeks Winery $85. Join us for a special Winemaker Dinner as we welcome Chef Ray Carter from California as he prepares a delicious French-inspired four course meal to pair with our wines. Seating is liited to 30 people.

FIRST COURSE | Cream of Asparagus and Avocado Soup.
Served with 2016 Sauvignon Blanc

SECOND COURSE | Spring Salad misted with a Mustard Dressing.
Served with 2016 Reserve Pinot Gris

THIRD COURSE | MÉDAILLONS D’OR, Medallions of elk, filet mignon and pork tenderloin sautéed in butter. The elk is topped with a Cognac green peppercorn sauce, the filet with a Merlot cream sauce and the pork with a creamy Dijon sauce, served with Anna Potatoes and Haricot Vert.
Served with 2015 Pinot Noir

FOURTH COURSE | Seasonal Fruit with Chantilly Cream drizzled with a Cointreau Sauce. Served with Sparkling Rosé
