Just in time for summer sipping, our new 2023 Golden Hour blends together four white wine varietals, making this delicious summer wine to bring along to any gathering or adventure. This wine wonderfully represents Oregon’s grape growing landscape with vineyard sourcing from Umpqua and Rogue Valley AVAs and our own vineyard here in the Willamette Valley AVA.

The 2023 harvest had record yields and overall ideal growing conditions. I started to think about a blend that would be perfect for summer, and settled on this four varietal combination. You will find a harmonious blend of vibrant, rich, and decadent flavor profiles.”

There is something about pink wine that makes us smile. It is loved by both red wine and white wine drinkers alike. Our 2023 vintage has a touch more vibrancy with the addition of Riesling to the saignée pressings of Pinot Noir and Tempranillo. A saignée rosé is made from the first pressings of a red wine, creating a fuller-bodied rosé and leaving behind a more concentrated red wine. It is a win-win in our book!

You can’t go wrong with this wine. It is extremely food-friendly and appeals to almost all wine drinkers. We like to sample our blends and pick out the tasting notes from each varietal that come together to make the wine. You can experience the bright red fruit notes from the Pinot Noir, the spark of citrus from the Riesling, and the deep pomegranate note from the Tempranillo. 

We are thrilled to release our first vintage of Grenache to the Vintage Club! Grenache, or Garnacha, produces a rich and flavorful red wine with red berry notes and nuances of herbs and spices. It tends to ripen late and needs hot, dry growing conditions. This varietal originated in Spain and has vast plantings in the Southern Rhône Valley, France. 


This varietal is thin-skinned, like Pinot Noir, and expresses the terroir in it’s flavor profile. We sourced this fruit from our partner vineyard in Rogue Valley, Quail Run Vineyard. It was grown at their ‘Sundown’ site which perimeters a mountain range and receives high sunlight exposure. This results in a medium-full bodied red wine with plenty of spice notes throughout the palate. This is a wonderful companion to barbecued dishes. When paired this way, you will find the spice notes shining through.

Wild Child Block
It never fails as we walk through the vineyard in early summer; as the vines flourish, we marvel at the uniformity of each row. That is until we come across a particular block in our vineyard that we lovingly call our ‘Wild Child.’ Despite its unruly growing pattern, year after year, it produces the most concentrated Pinot Noir in our vineyard. We often find that it displays hints of rose petals in the nose, and it is our winemaker’s favored Pinot Noir block. We hope you savor this 2021 vintage!

This 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon comes from our long-time partner, Serra Vineyards in the Applegate Valley AVA. This wine displays wonderful depth with notes of black currant and pomegranate, nuanced by hints of cedar and baking spices. While ready to drink now, our 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon will continue to develop for many years to come.
