Celebrating the Success of Charitable Cheers 2024: Community, Compassion, and Impact

At Sweet Cheeks Winery, giving back is a cornerstone of who we are, and our annual Charitable Cheers campaign is a heartfelt celebration of that commitment. This year, thanks to the incredible support of our community, we raised $9,000 and welcomed nearly 1,900 visitors to the winery, each contributing to making a difference for three local nonprofits: CASA of Lane County, Wiggly Tails Dog Rescue, and Burrito Brigade. A Look Back at 2023: Building Momentum

In 2023, our Charitable Cheers campaign raised nearly $10,000 for Greenhill Humane Society, Bags of Love, and White Bird Clinic. The campaign’s success highlighted the power of community, and inspired us to aim even higher this year. As we carried forward this legacy of giving, the overwhelming participation in 2024 reaffirmed that our community’s compassion knows no bounds.

Impact of the 2024 Campaign: Where Your Contributions Went

CASA of Lane County

CASA’s mission is to provide trained advocates for children who have experienced abuse or neglect. With the funds raised, CASA can provide a full year of advocacy support for one child, sponsor volunteer training programs, and fund vital community outreach efforts. Your support ensures these children have a voice and a chance at a brighter future.

• $2,500 funds one year of advocacy for a child.
• $1,000 sponsors a 10-week volunteer training program.
• $100 supports assigning a new volunteer to a case.

Wiggly Tails Dog Rescue

Wiggly Tails rescues dogs from high-kill shelters and provides them with loving foster care until they find their forever homes. Thanks to your support, they can:

• Fully vaccinate, spay/neuter, and microchip 10 dogs.
• Provide essential veterinary care for up to three dogs requiring additional medical procedures.

Your contributions directly save lives and give these furry friends a second chance.

Burrito Brigade

Burrito Brigade’s mission is to combat food insecurity by distributing free vegan meals and rescuing surplus food. This year, your generosity funded 5,000 burritos for those in need, helping ensure no one in our community goes hungry.
