September Club Release Wines
This varietal carries loads of red fruits like strawberries, raspberries, cherries. Its palate provides a super smooth body with enhanced characteristics of fig, fresh tobacco leaf, and a dusting of cocoa powder. As you continue to sip this wine, you may notice lingering floral notes of violets and rose petals top off this wine beautifully for a fresh and silky finish.
Pair our 2017 Merlot with these perfect Lasagne Rolls to complement this red wine’s high tannin content with a hearty and flavorful side.
The name “Merlot” translates to little blackbird; possibly because of dark blue/black coloring (or maybe blackbirds that eat the grapes, ha)
This Chardonnay is expressive, super fruity, and richly aromatic. Fruit forward aromas leap from the glass and flow through to the palate in layers of flavors. Its top layer includes melon, apple, and apricot. Bright acidity pops mid-palate and meets the second layer of Meyer lemon, baking spices, and pie crust notes. Its complex body and great depth throughout each sip end in a rich, full, and elegant finish.
Pair our 2018 Chardonnay with this tasteful salmon dip. The high acidity of the Chardonnay helps compliments the saltiness of the salmon while also bringing out the oakiness of the wine and the expressive fatty flavors in the fish.
If you see “Blanc de blancs” on a Champagne/Sparkling Wine label, you’re almost certainly drinking 100% Chardonnay.
2019 Red Fusion
Beautifully aromatic fruit-forward notes of cherries, blackberries, compote lightly sprinkled with black pepper. Seamless, fruit-driven, earthy, incredibly balanced wine. The palate is full and juicy, with excellent integration of tannins, making you just want to chew on it.
Pair our 2019 Red Fusion with these rich and creamy wonton cups. The oaky aromas of the wine complement the herbaceous tones of the sausage for the perfect combination.
This Red Blend is composed of 59% Pinot Noir, 27% Syrah, 10% Merlot, 4% Cabernet Sauvignon – delicious!
2019 Vintage Riesling
Our Vintage Riesling has mouth-watering notes of tropical pineapple coupled with lemon custard that brings forward a delightful semi-sweet body with a zippy finish. Notes of petroleum and fennel enhance this wine’s bright acidity. Persisting hints of citrus blossom and honey continue to expand on the palate for a well-rounded and vibrant finish.
Pair our Vintage Riesling with these tasteful curry meatballs to enhance this wine’s flavor profile. The fresh and fruity body of the wine with its high acidity and lightness on the palate mellows out the salty and spicy flavors that make up the core profile in many Asian foods.
Riesling belongs to one of the oldest grape varietals originating in Germany in 1435
