Vintage Club Release: 2021 Sauvignon Blanc
This Sauvignon Blanc carries incredible aromas of jasmine, orange and kumquat blossoms blend perfectly with grapefruit, guava and peach to beacon you in for a sip. A herbaceous finish gives you hints of green
pepper. On the palate, juicy flavors of lemon curd, ripe guava, peach and apricot and a zip of lime peel to finish.
Pair our Sauvignon Blanc with this vibrant salad. Notes of peach from the Sauvignon Blanc will be enhanced from the fresh, ripe peach in this dish. This bright and acidic white wine will be the perfect companion to the added creamy burrata cheese, enticing each bite for another sip.

Vintage Club Release: 2019 Syrah
A deep garnet red in color with beautifully complex layers of aromas and flavors. Pomegranate and vanilla on the nose invite you in for a sip and smooth flavors of blackberry, coffee bean and cocoa nib wash over your palate. Mid palate notes of raspberries and marionberry jam delight the senses. Finally a lively finish of fresh strawberries and a gentle hint of acidity join together to round out this incredible red.
Our 2019 Syrah is the perfect match for this Ribeye Steak recipe. Smooth tannins with loads of black fruits and a subtle white pepper on the finish will provide an intense richness from the marbled fat of the steak, bringing out the the flavors of this wine even more.
Syrah vines thrive in adverse weather and produce a constant yield regardless of the atmospheric conditions.
Barrel Select Club Release: 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon
Enjoy the warming aromas of vanilla, cedar and plum followed by gentle washes of fig and elderberry in this Cabernet. On the palate, baking spices meld perfectly with vanilla, cocoa powder and dried fig. A more mature and rounded tannin structure gives each sip a luxurious and velvety feel. This is a heart warming wine if we have ever had one.
This flourless chocolate cake is the perfect pair to this juicy red wine. Add a homemade raspberry compote on top to help mellow out the intense flavors from the tannis in both the chocolate and wine to create a bright and acidic finish.

Sweet Club Release: 2021 Rosy Cheeks
A fan favorite to say the least! The delightful aromas of strawberry
sorbet and candied watermelon will have you immediately thinking the perfect spring or summertime picnic wine while hints of rose, orange blossom and geranium will take you to warm afternoons browsing your favorite nursery. Notes of guava, and tart cherry pie are paired with finishing zippy touches of bubble gum and cotton candy that may leave you not wanting to share!
Our Rosy Cheeks would be the perfect pairing to this dish. Delicate halibut with layered bread curbs and crab meat will intensify the wines rich fruity body that will help cut the spicy flavor in the creamy sweet chili sauce. If you’re a seafood fan, this is a combo you won’t want to skip out on.
