    Our 2015 Vintage Riesling is a semi-sweet style of wine with notes of candied musk, luscious hints of orange blossom and, lemon zest. A rich palate of honeysuckle, peach, and watermelon is balanced with a refreshing acidity and long citrus finish. This wine is perfect choice for spicy Asian Cuisine, poultry, roasted pork and salads.

  • 2016 Sauvignon Blanc

    This full –flavored, medium bodied wine with notes of passion fruits, kiwi, Asian pear and lemon grass has a lively palate of ripe tropical fruits and green apple followed by a lingering, racy acidity and a clean refreshing finish. This wine is a perfect choice for any cheeses (goat cheese) spice salad, seafood (especially oysters) or just sipping on its own.

  • 2016 Rosy Cheeks

    A flavorful blend of Pinot Noir, Merlot, Tempranillo and Syrah creates our semi-sweet Rosy Cheeks. With a beautiful pink color this wine is lusciously fruity with a hint of vanilla on the palate and notes of wild strawberry, cherry and tropical fruits. Fermented like white wine to retain fruitiness. This wine has some sweetness but is balanced by the good acidity and a wonderful mouth-coating texture in the finish.

  • 2016 Dry Rosé

    58% Pinot Noir | 24% Merlot | 18% Syrah

    This wine delivers fresh tropical notes of pineapple, pomelo and honeydew melon and is nicely balanced with a vibrant acidity, providing a refreshing finish. This wine will pair well with grilled chicken, herb-spiced fish, summer salads or a charcuterie plate.

  • 2016 Dry Riesling

    Our 2016 Dry Riesling begins with an elegant bouquet of citrus blossom, lemon, and a touch of lime, the mid-palate has wonderful flavors of pear, pineapple and minerals with a lively, crisp acidity. This wine has great structure and length and will continue to improve for many years. Cellaring potential of up to 8-10 years and pairs well with any seafood, spicy fish tacos, roasted chicken or goat cheese.
