2015 Pinot Gris
Stone fruit aromas lead to a hit of fresh cut white peach, pear and pineapple followed by a citrus acidy that glides through the mid- palate with a refreshing clean finish. This Medium-bodied wine was fermented in stainless steel in a cool temperature fermentation to retain a lush texture and vibrant minerality. Our 2015 Vintage Pinot Gris pairs well with any seafood like grilled salmon, lobster, scallops or pasta, spicy salad, light cheeses or just sipping on its own.

2014 Reserve Pinot Gris
This wine shows excellent texture and complexity, flavors of fresh cut pear and apple followed with lifted aromas of orange blossom, lemon zest and mineral notes. Hints of spice lead into a creamy finish. Half of the juice was fermented in stainless steel with a cool temperature to retain freshness and fruitiness of the wine. The other half was fermented in French oak barrels and aged 7 months.
